Exposing the Catholic Church

By: Marcy Martin August 31, 2018

Pennsylvania Attorney General Mr. Josh Shapiro is known for leading the charge against the Catholic Church grand jury investigation into the abuse which did include sexual abuse of thousands of children. On August 14, 2018 CBS put out an article about this unfolding truth. As the grand jury’s report does identify over 1,000 children victims of priest abuse. 301 predator priest were accused in this matter. Church leaders protected the priest in a cover up that goes all the way to the Vatican. The grand jury investigation uncovered Predator Priests that goes back for 70 years. In the state of Pennsylvania alone were 301 predator Priest. Here are the names of the towns in Pennsylvania, and how many priest were covered in each town. Erie there were 41 priest, in Scranton 59 priest, in Pittsburgh 99 priest, in Greensburg 20 priest, and in the town of Harrisburg there was 45 priest. Also there were six Catholic Diocese across Pennsylvania. It is just so compelling to know that these priest who are to be men of God could abuse 1,000 children within these last 70 years. The Diocese secret archives even formed the backbone of this investigation, CBS goes on to report. The abusers were moved from parish to parish as they were never turned over to the law during these times of abuse. Some were report to the church authority and some were never reported to the church authorities. They would just move them to another perish. It is appalling to me to hear of such thing.

The AG Josh Shapiro stated “Although the list of priest is long, we don’t think we got them all.” Shapiro doesn’t believe the Diocese documented every time this abuse happened. It is  reported that the report faulted Cardinal Donald Wuerl, the former 18 year long bishop of Pittsburgh, who now leads the Washington archdiocese. Wuerl defended himself of course in the statement released Tuesday.

AG Shapiro is not happy that more than a dozen names were redacted in the report, due to on going legal battles. Shapiro said that he will fight to unseal and reveal the names of all the redacted in the report, because all the names has a story of abuse that deserves to be told.

As “Predator Priest” are being exposed for who they truly are behind that white collar that is around their necks. Which is suppose to represent “a man of faith”. Has long been accused and are now finally being exposed that the evil ones work in many of them instead of the Holy Spirit. It make a person wonder if they become a priest to hide their most deepest of fantasies that becomes reality at the price of innocent children. Some in other reports are as young as 18 months old. Now that these “Predator Priest” are being exposed let’s not forget the new scandal about where Pope Francis had to tend to in the highest levels of the U.S. Catholic Church. Pope Francis stripped Cardinal Theodore McCarrick of his title and ordered him to life of prayer and penance amid allegations that McCarrick had for years sexually abused boys and had sexual misconduct with adult seminarians.

IN 2006 Donald Wuerl replaced McCarrick as Washington’s archbishop after McCarrick retired. AG Shapiro stated on CBS live interview that he didn’t think some were being fully truthful. Wuerl was one of the ones that he didn’t think were being truthful and Shapiro stated it publicly on National Television.

Two of the Diocese decided to strip the accused of their anonymity before the report and released the names of clergy members who were accused of sexual misconduct, the CBS News article said. And on that Friday the bishop of Pittsburg’s Diocese and a few priest named in the report are still in ministry because the Diocese determined allegations against them were unsubstantiated.

In all reality there is no way of possibly truly knowing to total account of these children that have been abuse in some way or another. When researching these articles. It becomes clear that these children are so scared to say anything because they have been beaten, burned, put in chest and lid shut and locked or in dark closet for uncountable hours, day and weeks. In one article I read where a young boy was forgotten out side tied to a tree in the middle of winter and froze to death. It is beyond me how someone can treat children in such horrible and cruel ways. And as for me, I want to remember to pray for all children in all Catholic facilities at least once a day, everyday for the rest of my life here on earth.

What Is One Purpose In Life

What matters most to many and also to God? Love! Love is a very important lesson for us all. And to God it is a very important lesson while we are here on this earth. As we learn what, [Gal 5:14 KJV] 14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself,” means. We have the task of learning what the true meaning of love is. And this is truly the greatest task of all. It sometimes seems hard to love everyone. As we get angry or dishearten at times. We need to stay focused on what is love. We need to practice love. But how? What are some things and ways we can do our best to change our hearts into a loving heart. One of the scriptures that God gave us to do is: [1Corinthians 13:3 KJV] 3 “And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing”. Let’s break down a few of these word to better understand this verse. First lets look at “bestowed”. “Bestowed” means “to give or present”. Second lets look at “charity”. what is charity? Charity is love. Charity is giving.  Charity is God’s love in us. Lets look now at “it profiteth me nothing”. Meaning without “charity meaning love”  we have nothing in our hearts that would profit us for anything. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 explains exactly what love is. Her is just a few examples: Love endures long and is patient and kind; never envious nor boils over with jealousy, nor boastful, not conceited nor rude, does not rejoice at injustice, it hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and endures everything without weakening. The list keeps on going, but I think you get the idea. Learning to love unselfishly is very hard. But it is an import lesson that God wants us to learn. Matter of a fact, it is something we have to have before we can even enter into the heaven’s Kingdom of Jerusalem. To love God, is to obey his commandments as described in one place in the bible by John, (2 John 1:6 “And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it”).

Since God is love, then love is the foundation of God’s commandments, right. So it is easy to see that to love as God loves, is very important in our everyday lives, not just once or so a week. Let’s ask ourselves, can the whole law of the commandments be summed up in one law? What does Galatians 5:14 say, “For all the law is fulfilled in one word, (even) in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself”.  So that means we need to learn to love unselfishly as we love ourselves! As humanly flesh, this is very hard to over come for a great many. Have you ever wondered or though, why does God want us to love one another. Or why he wants his people to make sure, that they love all the same, as the other? Again lets look at John for the answer that Jesus gave. John 13:35 KJV “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another”. We have a lot of learning to do before we get to heaven, where God wants us to enjoy the love of his family. Now, one way that God teaches us to love one another, is by church family responsibilities. Like going to classes, helping in projects that is based on scriptures, anything that shows love and commitment to God’s commandment. Just taking the time to listen to someone who needs and ear to hear them, and to receive scripture based responses. Love can not be learned in isolation in many cases. We need to be around people who are filled with love as much as possible to learn to love one another with sincerity. Because life without love is nothing profitable.

What is the best way to learn and show love? Is it money or gifts? Or is time of more importance to show how much we love. Is time just something that we have to schedule. Yes, we have to work for a living, but, can sometimes that not be set to the side for one day. I guess if we consider the circumstance’s pertaining to the matter. But why should our time have to have a purpose before we give it? Good question, to be answered in reality. A couple of things the ten commandments teaches us is to “love God and to love people”, which brings us back to love is the most important thing God want us to learn. Lets read [Matthew 22:37-40 KJV “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets”. These verse tells us that love in a relationship, is of utmost priority of importance’s. We can see that God is to be loved first and foremost. But how many of us think of our own pleasures first before anyone else’s? We must put plenty of time aside for God. Plus for our family and friends, before our own personal time to ourselves. That is where learning God’s love come in at. Putting others first. Is there anything else better than eternal love? I don’t believe there is. What is one way God measures spiritual maturity? Love. Lets look a little closer what God looks at in man. [Pro 16:2 KJV “All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits”]. [Jerimiah 17:10 KJV “I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings”]. God weigheth the Spirit and searcheth into the heart. I will leave you with this one last verse for today. Ephesians 5:16 “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil”.

A New Beginning in Life

Hello world,

Today is a knew beginning in my life. I have decided to start writing blogs and discussing things going on around the world. And stuff that has already happened in this old world. Many adventures to talk about and more topics than anyone person could ever cover in their entire life while on this world. We have the President Donald Trump of the United States to talk about. We have accident history of when the Ramesses and his two sons were in reign. Ramesses 2nd who was in reign thru 1279-1213 BCE and his sons Merenptah who was in reign thru  1213-1203 BCE, and Ramesses 3rd who was in reign thru 1186-155 BCE who all three fought the Sea People. It is very interesting to know that they never found out what the origin of the Sea People really were. They had their theories, but never actual had any facts documented. Their theories was the Sea People origin was possibly, Palestine who are a religion of Islamic Muslim. There is just so much to talk about of this world. But this is my first post, and I am very excited about getting started. Facts, theories, opinions, thoughts, remarks, conspiracies, collusions, truth, lies, twisted, and much more to research and post. So , with that being said, I will close for now and be back later, with something to talk about!! Looking forward to this new journey around the world! Much Love!
